1. Overview

Welcome to FoundersPod. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, onboarding questionnaire, validation sprints, peer pods, templates, guidance, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To participate in a FoundersPod sprint, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have access to email and online meeting tools

• Be able to participate respectfully in group settings

• You do not need a registered business to join.

  
  

3. Services Provided

FoundersPod provides:

• A 4-week idea-validation sprint

• Matching into small peer pods

• Weekly check-ins and guided prompts

• Templates and tools for conducting user interviews and validation tests

• Support from peers and general guidance

FoundersPod does not provide:

• Legal, financial, or professional advice

• Guarantees of business success or specific outcomes

• Venture funding, coaching, or mentorship unless explicitly stated

All actions you take during or after the sprint are your own responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities

By participating, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with your pod members

• Attend weekly check-ins as reasonably possible

• Complete assignments at your own pace

• Maintain confidentiality of information shared in your pod

• Avoid sharing harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these expectations.

5. Payments & Refunds

The sprint fee is $199 per 4-week sprint, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If within the first 7 days of your sprint you feel the program is not a fit, email us at [your email] to request a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued after the 7-day period.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your participation at any time, but refunds are only available as described in Section 5. FoundersPod may cancel or reschedule sessions as needed; if a full sprint is canceled by us before it begins, you will receive a refund.

7. Pod Matching

We match pods based on information you provide (e.g., goals, stage, time zone, working style). While we aim for optimal matches, we do not guarantee compatibility or specific group outcomes.

You may request a pod adjustment during the sprint, but changes are not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

Templates, prompts, lesson structures, and written materials provided during the sprint are owned by FoundersPod. You may use them for personal idea validation only.
Reproduction, resale, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

You retain ownership of your own ideas, materials, and business concepts.

9. Confidentiality

Information shared within your pod is intended to remain within the group. While we encourage mutual respect and confidentiality, FoundersPod cannot guarantee that other participants will keep information confidential. Please share only what you feel comfortable discussing.

10. Third-Party Tools

The Services may use third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Forms, chat platforms). Their terms and privacy practices apply separately, and FoundersPod is not responsible for their services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no guarantees that:

• You will validate your idea

• You will achieve any business outcome

• Your pod will meet all expectations

Participation is for educational and accountability purposes only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoundersPod and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the sprint.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
